How can I return the product I purchased?
You can return products purchased from Bonjour Madame within 14 days of delivery . To complete your return, simply follow the steps below:

1. Create a return request from the “My Orders” section in your account .

2. Make a note of your return request number on the invoice .
   

3. Send the product to us via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code below:

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging , unused and undamaged .
  

• Underwear products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  

• If the invoice is issued in the name of a company , a return invoice for the " Product Unit Price + VAT " must be issued and included in the package. Orders sent without a return invoice will not be accepted.
  

• If the product is used or its commercial value decreases, the cost will be collected from you.
