DELIVERY

Your orders will be shipped via courier. Your orders will be shipped to your registered shipping address within 1 business day. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

RETURN

If you want to return the products you purchased, you can return them free of charge if you send them via Cargo within the same day.

Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• We kindly ask you to send the product you wish to return, unused and with its original invoice and undamaged packaging, to the BMADAME shipping address.
• If the invoice for the product you wish to return was issued to an institution, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
• Returns of products whose original boxes/packaging are damaged, whose shipping labels have been placed on the original boxes, or whose packaging has been taped shut with packing tape are not accepted. Products received in this condition will be returned in the same condition as received, with the other party responsible for the return.
• If applicable, all standard accessories of the product must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Returns of clothing products that have been used, washed, have had their tags removed or have been altered are not accepted.
